NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Zoning Hearing Board of Coolbaugh Township will conduct a public hearing on July 24, 2025 at 6:30 PM at the Coolbaugh Township Municipal building located at 5520 Municipal Drive, Tobyhanna, Coolbaugh Township,Pennsylvania, 18466. The purpose of the hearing is to consider an application for a variance from Section 400-116 of the Zoning Code to authorize the occupancy of a single family dwelling that encroaches into the side yard setback.. The Application was submitted by Marco and Danielle Jaimes., the owners of the subject property.
The address of the property is 126 Safro Court, Arrowhead Lakes, Coolbaugh Township, Monroe County, Pennsylvania tax parcel ID No. 03.19C.1.199, Tax Map No. 03630713147528.
