The Newfoundland Rotary Club hosts a monthly Cash Bingo event on the first Wednesday of each month at Wallenpaupack South Elementary School, located at 989 Main Street, Newfoundland, PA 18445. Doors typically open at 6:00 p.m., with the first game commencing at 7:00 p.m.
Each session offers a series of bingo games, with previous events featuring five games for $5.00 and a 50/50 raffle. Refreshments are provided by the South Elementary PTO.
The event fosters community engagement and supports local initiatives. For instance, in December 2024, the top game paid out $320, and the 50/50 raffle awarded $254.
