The Borough of East Stroudsburg enacted a short term rental ordinance in 2021. The ordinance requires licensing and a list of requirements including the use of a private trash hauler. EAST STROUDSBURG, MONROE CO. (WOLF) — Police in the Poconos arrested two men after a search warrant led to the discovery of a multitude of drugs and firearms in a residence, according to police.
According to Stroud Area Regional Police, on July 8, a "high-risk" search warrant was executed at a residence in the 50 block of Borough Street in East Stroudsburg as part of an ongoing narcotics investigation.
