NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TAKE NOTICE that the Stroud Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, beginning at 3:00 P.M., at the Stroud Township Municipal Center, 1211 North 5th Street, Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania 18360. The purpose of the hearing is to consider Welbilt Homes' application for a waiver or modification from the stream and wetland buffer regulations found at ยง 23-303 of the Stroud Township Stormwater Ordinance in order to construct a stormwater infiltration BMP.
The application relates to the 7.37 acre property owned by Christopher Byrnes and Megan Ray, which is located at 365 Ramblebush Road, in Stroud Township, Monroe County, PA. The property is further identified as Parcel # 17.94440and Map # 17-6381-00-69-2572.
