Ross enacted a short-term rental ordinance in July, 2020 which allows vacation rental in properties located in general commercial and village commercial zoning, but does not allow them in residential zoned areas.

Seven East Stroudsburg University students, who took Teaching of Communications during the spring 2023 semester after serving as “buddies” to German preservice teaching students who were on ESU’s campus during the fall 2022 semester, participated in a two-and-a-half-week field experience through the University of Landau-Konblenz in Landau in der Pfalz, Germany.
