On May 18th, 2025, at 2123 hours an Officer with the Pocono Township Police Department observed a silver Chevrolet Impala in violation of multiple moving violations in the area of SR611 / Warner RD.

The Officer conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the defendant, Angelina Amato of Cresco, PA. A DUI investigation was conducted, and Amato was subsequently arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence of a controlled substance
