Officers met with the caller who showed Police the large pile of trash that was dumped on the property.
An investigation was conducted, and it was determined that Zachary Aydinoglu, the defendant in this matter, dumped the trash after being paid by another individual to properly dispose of the trash.
Charges have been filed in regard to this matter.
