ARRESTDetails MapOn July 8, 2025 at approximately 1541 hours, Pocono Township Polce Officers were informed by the victim in this matter, of a Domestic Assault that took place on June 26th. Officers obtained information that Sebastien Cadet, a 26-year-old male from Tobyhanna, physically harmed the victim by choking her and restricting her airflow to the point she almost passed out Officers located Cadet near the address where the assault took place and placed him under arrest. Cadet was transported to the Monroe County Correctional Facility.
