On January 31, 2025 at approximately 1314 hours, Officers with the Pocono Township Police Department were dispatched to a residence on Hilltop Loop for a report of a domestic disturbance. While investigating the disturbance, officers observed the odor of marijuana emanating from the residence. Through the investigation, officers seized marijuana and other related drug paraphernalia from 27 year old William Drake of Swiftwater, PA.

Drake was charged with one count of Possession of a Controlled Substance and one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
