ARRESTDetails MapOn May 16th, 2025, at approximately 1651 hours, the Pocono Township Police Department responded to a hit-and-run accident at the Tannersville Plaza, behind the Lehigh Valley Health Occupational Medicine building. A 60-year-old female pedestrian was intentionally struck by a black 2012 Ford Fusion while walking through the parking lot. The vehicle, operated by the victim's ex-boyfriend, fled the scene after the incident. Through further investigation, the suspect, Eugene Fellows, was identified and later located at a residence outside of Pocono Township by the Pennsylvania State Police. The individual was apprehended and placed in Monroe County Correctional Facility on Felony Aggravated Assault charges. All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
