On May 7, 2025, the Stroud Area Regional Police responded to a residence on Grandview Street in East Stroudsburg for a report of a domestic. Upon arrival the victim related that her boyfriend, Timothy Kaps accused her of cheating, pushed her in the face, and punched her in the back of the head. The victim also had bruises from an earlier altercation with Kaps. Kaps fled the scene prior to police arrival. A search of the area was unable to locate Kaps.
Charges were filed and an arrest warrant was issued for Timothy Gorden Kaps.
