On June 6, 2025, at 10:33 p.m. the Stroud Area Regional Police were dispatched to the Giant Supermarket in East Stroudsburg for a report of an assault. Upon arrival the officer spoke with the victim who related that he was involved in a verbal argument with a female friend and another male. In the course of this verbal argument, it turned physical when the male, identified at Donovan Stephen Mack punched the victim in the face, causing swelling to his chin. Mack then fled the scene prior to police arrival.
