ARRESTDetails MapOn May 19, 2025 at 1411 hours, Officers with the Pocono Township Police Department were dispatched to Old Navy in the Pocono Premium Outlets for a report of a retail theft. Further information being that the actors left in a red Kia Sorrento. Officers observed a red Kia Sorrento with a matching Pennsylvania registration as the one provided in the Turkey Hill parking lot. Officers made contact with 28 year old Mason Peguero-Blazquez of Scranton, PA. Through investigation, it was found that Peguero-Blazquez drove to Turkey Hill after the retail theft while being under the influence of a controlled substance. Peguero-Blazquez was found in possession of over $700 worth of product that he stole from Old Navy. Peguero-Blazquez and his co-defendant were both placed under arrest for retail theft and Peguero-Blazquez was also processed for a DUI. Blood results confirmed that Peguero-Blazquez had controlled substances in his blood at the time of draw.
