On March 30, 2025, at 8:14 p.m. the Stroud Area Regional Police were dispatched to a report of a domestic on Barry Street in Stroudsburg. Upon arrival it was learned that the male identified as Terry Rocker left prior to the police arriving. The victim related that the two had been involved in an argument that turned physical which resulted in injuries to the victim. Rocker then left the residence.
