On May 4th, 2025, at 1221 hours Officers responded to a residence in Tannersville for a disorderly call and made contact with the victim who was accusing their roommate, 21-year-old Jonathan Sacerdote of Tannersville, PA, of stealing and using their debit card and spending $69.00 for Uber Eats.

Sacerdote was not on scene when Officer arrived but was located shortly after walking in front of Ace Hardware located at 2823 SR611 where he was stopped and admitted to doing what he was being accused of.

Sacerdote was transported to MCCF to be processed and released.
