The Stroud Area Regional Police Department was dispatched to the Walmart in East Stroudsburg for a report of retail theft. During the investigation it was discovered that 2 females were working together and attempted to leave the store without paying for $151.82 worth of merchandise. Rosalina Cano-Sanchez and Julissa Cano both also provided false identification to the arresting officer. Rosalina provided the name "Araceli Martinez" and Julissa provided the name "Arlin Martinez". Both females are charged with retail theft and providing false identification.
Rosalina Sanchez-Cano did not appear for the court hearing and attempts to reach her were unsuccessful which resulted in a bench warrant being issued.
