Detective Corporal
Kim Lippincott
From District Attorney Mike Mancuso:
Yesterday it was my great satisfaction to formally recognize the recent promotion of Detective Kim Lippincott to the position of Detective Corporal.
Kim first served with the office as an intern during college days. She has spent her career with the DA’s Office.
Kim has extensive experience and a record of hard work and success in a wide array of law enforcement initiatives designed to make our community safer.
In addition to traditional police work she has been hard at work at newer programs. These include the LETI Program, the Overdose Fatality Review, the Overdose Outreach (an effort to save lives engaging with recent overdose survivors and offering them treatment), and a pilot program to house homeless people in the county.
Kim also has extensive crime fighting experience in both state and federal courts prosecuting human traffickers, drug dealers, and Drug Delivery Resulting in Death (DDRD) cases.
During the Ceremony conducted by Chief Eric Kerchner, Kim’s career was highlighted in detail and she was presented with both a certificate of recognition and the new corporal badges signifying the increased rank.
Thank you Kim for your dedicated and excellent service to our community and office.
