Pocono 3C provides no-barrier employment with same-day pay, putting Street2Feet clients to work, provide case work and assistance to get back up on their feet. Pocono 3C participants spend several days a week helping to remove litter from area roadways. In 2025, Pocono 3C celebrates six years in operation helping to remove more than 26,000 bags of litter from across more than 1,300 miles of Pocono roadways.
To date, 22 individuals have been able to obtain housing and employment through help of Pocono 3C including Elisha Spencer. Spencer is employed at The Waste Authority after having worked his way through the program.
Spencer joined representatives from the three organizations, dignitaries and community members at the Military Road Recycling Facility run by The Waste Authority to mark six years of Pocono 3C. Pocono 3C is a collaboration between RHD Street2Feet, The Waste Authority and the Pocono Mountains Visitors Bureau.
