NOTICE TO BIDDERS THE PENNSBURY SCHOOL DISTRICT IS SEEKING BIDS ON: PAVING PHS WEST/PHS EAST BID#2526-076 Sealed bids will be accepted at the Pennsbury School District Administrative Office, 134 Yardley Avenue, Fallsington, PA 19054 until 2:00 PM, on Tuesday, April 22nd, 2025 at which time the bids will be opened and read. Bids must be delivered to the Purchasing Department, clearly marked with the bid name and number. The bid document is located on the District website, https://www.pennsburysd.org/departments/purchasing/current_bids_and_proposals you can then access the document needed under “Current Bids”. To determine the scope of this bid, bidders must contact Kyle Rogers, Maintenance Supervisor, (215) 428-4150 extension 10068, krogers@pennsburysd.org. All bidders are urged to attend the pre-bid meeting for this bid and must contact Kyle Rogers to attend. It is the intent of the District to have this job completed in its entirety between July 7th, 2025 and July 31st, 2025. The Pennsbury School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informality in any bid, to eliminate or reduce items or quantities and to exercise its judgement as to the comparative merit of the products and services offered.
