PUBLIC NOTICE Monaca Borough 2025 Flushing Program The Borough of Monaca Public Works Department will be flushing and exercising fire hydrants beginning Monday, April 21st, 2025. Flushing will begin in the heights and continue downtown until the entire borough has been flushed. This procedure is a vital process to ensure the hydrants are in good working order, remove any accumulated sediment that is built up in the pipes and help ensure the cleanest water possible.
