PUBLIC NOTICE The Monroe County Transit Authority is soliciting sealed bids from qualified vendors, including Disadvantaged Bu-siness Enterprise (DBE) and DB, to supply #2 Grade ultra-Low Sulfur Diesel Fuel and Unleaded gasoline to their facility located at 134 MCTA Drive, Swiftwater, PA. Com-pleted bid packages are available from the MCTA in hardcopy or electronic for-mats by calling (570)839-6282 x436 or via email at inavarro @gomcta.com. All bids must be received in a sealed envelope, clearly marked MCTA FUEL BID-U-FY25/26 and/or MCTA FUEL BID-D-FY25/26 no later than 10:00am on Friday, May 2, 2025. Bids will be opened and read aloud the same day in the MCTA 2nd Floor Conference Room at 3:30pm.
