PUBLIC NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING FOR BOROUGH OF EAST STROUDSBURG COUNCIL The Borough of East Stroudsburg Council will hold a Special Meeting on Monday, April 28, 2025 starting at 7 PM to discuss any business to come before East Stroudsburg Borough Council. The Special Meeting will convene in Council Chambers, in the East Stroudsburg Municipal Building, 24 Analomink Street, East Stroudsburg, PA 18301.
