Public Notice Bid Notice Roadway Paving A Pocono Country Place Property Owners Association is accepting sealed bids 2025 Roadway Paving, Bid Submission Location is delivered at 112 Recreation Drive, Tobyhanna, PA 18466, on the due date. Bid packets, including all specifications, may be obtained at the Administration Office or by emailing Jane King at execsec@apcppoa.com. Submission Requirements: Bids must be submitted on the official bid form provided by the Association.Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked 2025 Roadway Paving.Nine (9) copies of the completed bid must be included. There is a mandatory walkthrough on Thursday, May 15th, at 11:00 a.m. We will meet at the main entrance Welcome Center Parking area. Sealed bids must be received at the APCP Administration Office no later than 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 27, 2025.
