NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING INTERMUNICIPAL LIQUOR LICENSE TRANSFER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough Council of the Borough of East Stroudsburg, Monroe County Pennsylvania (the Borough) will hold a public hearing pursuant to 47 P.S. §§4-404 and 4-461(b.3), of the Pennsylvania State Liquor Code, on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at 7:05 p.m., during the Borough Council's regularly scheduled business meeting, in Borough Council Chambers, located at the East Stroudsburg Borough Municipal Building, 24 Analomink St., East Stroudsburg, Pa. The purpose of this public hearing is to consider the request of Tepedino, Inc. and to receive comments and recommendations from residents regarding the proposed intermunicipal transfer of Restaurant Liquor License R-R12631 from 945 Main Street, Stroudsburg, PA 18360, to 27 Washington Street, East Stroudsburg, PA 18301; after said hearing, the Council will reconvene the regular meeting and will render a decision by resolution as to the appropriateness of the liquor license transfer. The Notice of Public Hearing and supporting documents are available for review at the East Stroudsburg Municipal Building during regular business hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, as well as online at the East Stroudsburg Borough Website https://eaststroudsburgboro.org. The Public Hearing may be viewed virtually via the East Stroudsburg Borough's Facebook page.
