ZONING NOTICE The Doylestown Borough Zoning Hearing Board will hold a Public Meeting, beginning at 7:00 pm, Thursday, June 19, 2025, in Borough Hall, 10 Doyle Street, Doylestown, PA 18901, to hear the following applications: For 39 East Ashland Street (Parcel No. 8-8-328) in the CR – Central Residential Zoning District of the Borough by PB Collective, LLC, which requests the following variances from the Doylestown Borough Zoning Ordinance to permit the conversion of the principal building from a dwelling in combination use to a 2-family duplex dwelling and the replacement of the existing garage with a new 4-car garage with dwelling unit above: for the principal building, variances from Sections 502 and 503 to permit a 2-family duplex on less than the required 10,000 sq. ft. lot minimum; for the new structure, variances from Section 502 to permit less than the required front and side yard setbacks and from Sections 502 and 504 to permit a third dwelling on the property having less than the required 15,000 sq. ft. For 172 East Oakland Avenue (Parcel No. 8-9-87-2) in the CR – Central Residential Zoning District of the Borough by Anthony and Laurie Crecca, who request a variance from Section 524.2 of the Doylestown Borough Zoning Ordinance to permit more than the permitted floor area ratio. The applicants propose to finish attic space to be used as a personal office. The Board will also consider any other business that comes before it in due course.
