NOTICE Notice is hereby given that INGENCO Wholesale Power, LLC (INGENCO), 5074 Buchanan Trail West, Greencastle, PA has made an application to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) to discharge industrial wastewater. The application includes a request for authorization to discharge under a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) individual permit to discharge industrial wastewater. The receiving stream for the proposed permit area is the Conococheague Creek with a designated use as Impaired WWF-MF. The Williamson, PA U.S. Geological Survey 7.5-minute topographic map contains the area described. A copy of the application will be available for public inspection at the Franklin County Department of Emergency Services office. Written comments, objections, or a request for an informal conference and/or public hearing may be submitted to the DEP Southcentral Region, 2909 Elmerton Ave., Harrisburg, PA 17110, 717-705-4700, and must include the person's name, address, phone number, and a brief statement as to the nature of the objection(s).
