Pocono Counties Local Plan 30-day Public Comment Period 6/20/2025 - 7/20/2025 POCONO COUNTIES WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT BOARD WORKFORCE INNOVATION AND OPPORTUNITY ACT (WIOA) LOCAL PLAN Legal Notice The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) requires each local Workforce Development Board (WDB) to develop a four-year Local Plan for Program Years (PY) 2025 - 2028 for the period beginning July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2029. The Local Plan is available to the public for review and/or comment. The Pocono Counties Workforce Development Board hereby announces a 30-day comment period commencing on June 20, 2025, and continuing through July 20, 2025. Any and all interested parties may view the Pocono Counties Local Plan on its website at https://pcwia.org/public-notices/. Comments may be directed to workforce@pcwia.org.
