The H&R Block in Stroudsburg has been busy this past month, leading up to today.
28/22 News was told that many people called to schedule appointments for Tuesday, but it was first-come, first-served walk-ins only.

"Extensions are for the paper part only. If you know you're gonna owe taxes, pay the tax you think you're gonna owe. You cannot extend your payment. You can only extend the filing of your return," H&R Block Tax Associate Bonnie Katusich explained.
It only takes about an hour if you have a standard file, a little longer for self-employed or business.
