The East Stroudsburg Borough is currently under a Snow Emergency. Waste Management has advised that they will not be picking up trash today and will pick up tomorrow. Twin Boroughs Recycling will not be picking up today and resume tomorrow. Borough Hall is scheduled to open at noon today Tuesday, 2.13.24.
