WARRANTMost WantedDetails MapOn April 30, 2025, at 12':58 p.m. the Stroud Area Regional Police were dispatched to the Home Depot in Stroud Township for a report of a retail theft. Upon arrival loss prevention related that a male later identified as Kevin Alvardo, along with 5 other males entered the store and were observed breaking into a secure shelf containing a variety of tools. They took the merchandise to the back of the store and remove it from the packaging and then conceal them in backpacks. Alvardo and the other males leave the store without paying for $6,176.00 worth of merchandise. Loss prevention related that this same group of males committed a retail theft at the Home Depot in Whitehall, PA, and Kevin Alvardo was the only person taken into custody.
Charges were filed and a felony arrest warrant was issued for Kevin Alexander Alvardo.
