On Friday, April 18, 2024, at 10:21 p.m. the Stroud Area Regional Police were dispatched to the Walmart in East Stroudsburg for a report of a retail theft. Upon arrival loss prevention reported that they had a male in custody by the name of Juan Rolon. Rolon had concealed multiple items in an attempt to deprive Walmart of $57.42 worth of merchandise. Once Rolon was past the last point of sale, he was apprehended by loss prevention.
