The borough of Stroudsburg has implemented a new Short-term Rental Ordinance and refined zoning regulations to prohibit short term rentals in residential districts (R-1, R-2 and R-3) and allow it in all other zoning districts. Officials say that Brian Albelli of Stroudsburg was sentenced to 48 months of prison time following his convictions of wire fraud and money laundering.
