The borough of Stroudsburg has implemented a new Short-term Rental Ordinance and refined zoning regulations to prohibit short term rentals in residential districts (R-1, R-2 and R-3) and allow it in all other zoning districts. A license and annual inspection is required, more details under Housing section on borough's website. See rules and regulations and permit application below.
Stroudsburg High School Track and Field had an extremely successful regular season. Both the boys and girls went undefeated (8 wins and 0 losses) en route to another EPC North Division Championship.
Many of the athletes have broken and tied school records so far. The regular season ended in a victory for the Stroudsburg Mountaineers on Tuesday, April 30 in a home meet against the Pleasant Valley Bears.
