The borough of Stroudsburg has implemented a new Short-term Rental Ordinance and refined zoning regulations to prohibit short term rentals in residential districts (R-1, R-2 and R-3) and allow it in all other zoning districts. My family is originally from Colombia but I was born in New Jersey and was raised in Stroudsburg.
