Short Term Rental Information
The borough of Stroudsburg has implemented a new Short-term Rental Ordinance and refined zoning regulations to prohibit short term rentals in residential districts (R-1, R-2 and R-3) and allow it in all other zoning districts. A license and annual inspection is required, more details under Housing section on borough's website. See rules and regulations and permit application below.

The Twin Boroughs Recycling Center will still be open during the closer of the Lincoln Ave access. Residents need to use the Prospect Street to Forge Road and make a left-hand turn into the Recycling Center in order to access the Recycling Center, until Lincoln Ave re-opens.
A reminder that the Twin Boroughs Recycling Center will be closed on November 10th and 11th in observance of Veteran’s Day.
