On June 26, 2025 at approximately 1413 hours, a Pocono Township Police Officer observed a blue Chevrolet Traverse fail to use a proper turn signal and a lane infraction. The Officer conducted a traffic stop and made contact with David Urban. Urban appeared to be under the influence of a controlled substance. During the course of the traffic stop, additional reasonable suspicion became apparent, and Urban denied consent to a search. A PSP K9 responded to the stop and alerted to the presence of narcotics. The vehicle was towed for a search warrant and was ultimately searched. Urban was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance and drug related offenses.
