LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Pocono Township, Monroe County, Pennsylvania, will hold a Public Hearing to be held at 6:00 p.m. on the 4th day of August, 2025, at the request of Serenite at Camelback Mountain, LLC, for an economic development restaurant liquor license (“EDR License”) from the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (“PLCB”) for their proposed facility located at 630 Hunter Circle, Tannersville (Pocono Township), Monroe County, Pennsylvania 18372, pursuant to the Pennsylvania Liquor Code 47 P.S. § 1-101, as amended. The Board of Commissioners will also consider adoption at this Public Hearing a Resolution approving the issuance of the EDR License prior to the applicant’s submission of an application to the PLCB. Copies of the proposed Resolution are available for review at the Pocono Township Municipal Building located at 205 Old Mill Road, Tannersville, PA 18372, during normal business hours. Leo V.
