Three people face charges after allegedly attempting to set a house on fire in Monroe County. Traill Labar Jr., Isaiah Garcia, and Chapel Iliev face several charges, including attempted criminal homicide and arson.
Pocono Mountain Regional Police say Traill Labar Jr., Isaiah Garcia, and Chapel Iliev used several Molotov cocktails to try to set fire to a home along Pine Knob Lane in Canadensis in December of 2023 after an argument over a bottle of alcohol.
