Perkins Restaurant & Bakery (Perkins American Food Co.) in Stroudsburg will close its doors on December 2. Suspicious Fire At Stroud MallDetails Map On Saturday 11/23/24 at approximately 10:00 PM the SARPD was dispatched to the Stroud Mall for a reported fire in the area of the food court with heavy smoke conditions. Upon Officers arrival the mall was evacuating. Stroud Township Fire Department, along with additional fire mutual aid, arrived on scene shortly after Officers.
