Monroe County, PA – Monroe County has officially partnered with Tyler Technologies to conduct a comprehensive, countywide property reassessment. This initiative follows the County’s previous reassessment implemented in 2020. The multi-year project includes data collection, verification, assessment of property values, and opportunities for property owners to appeal their new assessments. The reassessment is scheduled to be completed by 2028. As part of this effort, Monroe County Assessment staff will be conducting in-person data collection throughout the County. Field assessors will be easily identifiable by their Monroe County-issued polo shirts and official photo ID badges. Assessors will knock on doors to identify themselves if someone is home and explain the purpose of their visit. They will measure the exterior of properties only and will never request to enter a home. Important Safety Reminder:

2025 Senior Expo – Success! This week, I was proud to host my annual Senior Expo, a favorite event of mine each year. With free admission, door prizes, health screenings, and a wide range of exhibitors, this event truly offers something for everyone. We welcomed hundreds of attendees and featured more than 90 vendors, including representatives from state and federal agencies and non-profit organizations, all ready to assist with resources and services tailored to seniors and their families.
