28/22 NEWS (WBRE/WYOU) — Interstate 84 and Interstate 380 North have reopened with restrictions in several counties that have been put in place for others due to Friday's storm. According to PennDOT, I-84 was closed starting at the 380 splits in Lackawanna County, to Exit 34 (Lords Valley/Dingmans Ferry) in Pike County. Traffic backed up on Interstate 81 leading to Interstate 84 and 380 which have been closed due to Friday's winter storm.
