EAST STROUDSBURG, MONROE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Police say they are searching for two women who committed retail theft at Walmart. According to the Stroud Area Regional Police Department, officers were called to the Walmart in East Stroudsburg for a report of retail theft.  During the investigation, police say it was learned that two women were working together and tried to leave the store without paying for $151.82 worth of items.  Plains Twp. officer charged with using drugs from evidence room Police say they identified the suspects as Julissa Cano, 24, and Rosalina Sanchez-Cano, 53, after they originally gave officers false identifications.  Both women were charged with retail theft and providing false identification.
