When officers went to the hotel room they were greeted by Christopher Farrero, 32 of East Stroudsburg and Dylan Smith, 28 of Stroudsburg.In plain view parole officers observed drug paraphernalia and drugs and requested the assistance of the District Attorney Detectives and the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office.
