They’re probably getting ready for our third Hometown Heroes Muster on the Mountain! We’ll be welcoming firefighters and fire buffs alike to the mountain to show off their trucks and their skills! Come see fire trucks, and watch firefighters showcase their skills against each other.

May 10 Career Fair (Camelback)

Find your peak career with us this Summer at our career fair on May 10, from 4pm-7pm, situated in Big Pocono.  We will be giving a complimentary Camelbeach ticket after the completion of an interview (limit one per person).

We are seeking enthusiastic lifeguards, adventure attendants, as well as talented cooks and other positions. If you have a passion for outdoor excitement or a flair for culinary delights, we want to meet you!

Man arrested after allegedly kicking kittens, strangling victim

A New York man was arrested after police say he kicked kittens and strangled a victim during a domestic dispute.

According to the Pocono Township Police Dept., on April 28, officers responded to the Days Inn along Motor Lodge Road in Tannersville for a domestic dispute.

 

At the scene, the victim, who police said had visible injuries, said that 31-year-old Darrell Hubbard of Brooklyn, N.Y., kicked their kittens across the motel room, and punched and choked the victim before fleeing.
