Short term rentals are only allowed in C (Commercial) zones and RD (Recreational District) zones. TANNERSVILLE, MONROE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — A man was arrested after police say he assaulted officers when he refused to stop for a roadblock due to a crash.
According to the Pocono Township Police Department, on October 21 around 10:30 a.m., officers were on the scene of a crash and traffic was stopped in all directions.
Police say a construction truck entered the intersection, ignoring orders to stop. The driver, Kyle Dale, 30, of Scranton, refused to stop, provide his driver's license, or get out of his vehicle, officers reported.
