TUNKHANNOCK TOWNSHIP, MONROE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU)— A Monroe County man is facing charges after allegedly crashing an ATV leading police to discover multiple stolen ATVs at his residence, according to Pocono Mountain Regional Police.
David Frantz Jr. of Tunkhannock Twp., PA is facing two felony charges of Receiving Stolen Property.
According to the criminal complaint, Pocono Mountain Police Department responded to the 200 block of Blossom Lane for a report of ATV crash, but the driver left the area on a dark colored ATV.
The witness stated he did not know the driver's name, but knew he resided at 194 Candle Drive.
