STROUD TWP., MONROE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Two men are accused of retail theft worth over $800 at Ulta. PD: Two ‘serial thieves’ wanted for retail theft at Target On July 15 Stroud Area Regional Police were called to Ulta Beauty for the report of a theft. Two men left the store with around $841 worth of unpaid merchandise, police say. Anyone with information on the identity of these suspects is asked to submit a tip on the police website.
