Does anyone recognize this person? He went through many cars in our community (the white oak estates off of cherry valley road), including mine and tried to get in homes and backyards. Police have been contacted. Please share.
As homeowners in Penn Estates, PA, we are deeply frustrated and dissatisfied with our current community manager Phyllis Haase. We deserve better. We need a leader who has our best interests at heart, not one who rules like a dictator. The constant rule changes without proper notification have been unprofessional and disruptive to our peaceful living.
