BARRETT TOWNSHIP, MONROE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — A woman is dead after a crash in Monroe County Saturday night. Officials say the Pocono Mountain Regional Police were called at about 7:20 p.m. Saturday for a reported crash on Route 447 between Long Road and Gravel Road in Barrett Township. Monroe County Coroner Tom Yanac confirmed with 28/22 News a woman had passed away at the scene.
