Short term rentals are only allowed in C (Commercial) zones and RD (Recreational District) zones. STROUDSBURG, MONROE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — The Pocono Mountains Visitors Bureau (PMVB) is giving back to the businesses and nonprofits that serve the community across several area counties.
Thanks to this year's community impact grant, the Mount Pocono Borough and the Mount Pocono Parks and Recreation Foundation will each receive $10,000.
The money will be put toward the annual Winter Wonderland Holiday display and the creation of Mount Pocono's pocket park.
